Tithegrove Building and Civil Engineering

History

Tithegrove Limited was founded in 1984 by Steve Rayson who was soon joined by Paul Walton. Steve and Paul, former colleagues at Bovis, had both gained previous experience of managing and developing a civil engineering groundworks business. Today, Steve and Paul remain Joint Managing Directors of Tithegrove Limited, each having a 40% shareholding. The strength of their combined expertise, complimentary skills and mutual respect has provided the solid nucleus around which the company has thrived over the past 25 years. The board now also includes three other executive directors.

Based at Swindon, in the M4 corridor, the company operates primarily in the south, south-west and south-midlands.

Tithegrove’s primary trading objectives are to:

• maximise gross margin from operations subject to being price-competitive and consistently maintaining an excellent quality of service.

• provide a level of competence, knowledge, problem-solving skill and experience that makes an ongoing working relationship inevitably attractive to clients.
